By purchasing products or services from AHA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not make any purchases.
All purchases made through AHA, including but not limited to online professional community memberships, courses, exams, and business accreditations, are strictly non-refundable. This policy applies under all circumstances, including but not limited to:
In the event that you fail any exam provided by AHA, the fees paid for the exam are non-refundable. You may retake the exam by purchasing a new exam attempt at the applicable fee.
AHA offers different levels of membership, each with specific benefits and access rights. Detailed information about each membership level is available on our website.
Membership fees are payable at the time of registration and are non-refundable. Memberships are billed on an annual basis unless otherwise specified.
AHA reserves the right to terminate your online professional community membership if you violate any terms of these Terms or engage in conduct that is detrimental to AHA or its online professional community members. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
To obtain business accreditation from AHA, you must meet all specified requirements and submit the necessary documentation, including but not limited to:
Accreditation fees are payable at the time of application and are non-refundable. If you fail to meet the accreditation requirements, no refund will be provided.
By enrolling in a course provided by AHA, you agree to pay the applicable course fees. Course fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether you complete the course.
Exam fees are payable at the time of registration and are non-refundable. If you fail an exam, you must pay the applicable fee to retake the exam.
AHA accepts payment through various methods, including credit card. All payments must be made in American dollars (USD).
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
AHA reserves the right to terminate your access to our services if you engage in any prohibited activities. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
All content provided by AHA, including but not limited to courses, exams, and website content, is the property of AHA and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
AHA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without our express written permission.
AHA provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AHA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AHA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States and the federal laws of America applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
If you have any concerns or disputes regarding our services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting us at contact@ahcassociation.org.
If we are unable to resolve the dispute informally, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the American agency. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, United States, and shall be conducted in English.
AHA may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the “Effective Date” at the top. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
